Portal branding & custom domain

You can present the client portal entirely as your own: your business name, logo and colours, and your own domain such as portal.yourcompany.com. Clients signing in see your brand from the login page onward, with no sign of the platform underneath.

Everything here lives under Settings → Portal branding. You'll need an admin role with settings management.

Branding

Set these on the Portal branding tab; they apply to the client portal and its login page:

  • Business name and product name — what the portal and page titles call themselves.
  • Logo — upload your logo (and remove it to revert to text).
  • Primary and secondary colours — the accent colours used across the portal.
  • Footer text and privacy / terms links — your own legal footer.
  • Hide "Powered by" — remove the platform attribution for a total white-label.

Changes apply to every client who signs in to your portal.

Custom domain

Serve the portal on your own hostname instead of the platform's. On the same Portal branding tab:

  1. Enter your hostname (for example portal.yourcompany.com) and select Add domain.
  2. The portal shows two DNS records to add at your DNS provider or registrar. Add both exactly as shown.
  3. The TLS certificate is provisioned for you automatically, so there is nothing to install or renew.
  4. Use Check status to watch progress: Awaiting DNS → Verifying → Live. DNS changes can take a little while to propagate, so give it time and re-check.

Notes:

  • One custom domain per account. Remove the current one to switch to a different domain.
  • The domain is for the client portal. You and your staff continue to sign in at the standard platform address.

Portal sections

The same tab controls which sections of the portal your clients can see:

  • Billing — invoices and payment, with a choice of how much billing detail contacts see.
  • Devices — a read-only list of the devices you manage for them.
  • Knowledge base — the articles you've published to the portal.
  • Documents — files you've shared with the client. Contacts can preview and download them; they can't upload here. Files a contact wants to send you travel as ticket attachments instead.
  • Ticket creation — whether contacts can raise new tickets from the portal.

To share a file with a client, attach it to the client from the Documents library. It appears in their portal's Documents section straight away.

What your clients see

Once the domain is Live, your clients reach the portal at your domain, with your branded login and portal throughout. Any secure share links your team creates are issued on the same domain and carry your branding too, so the whole experience stays yours.
