Sign up & first login
Signing up to OpsMerge takes about five minutes. You don't need to talk to a salesperson, sit through a demo, or pretend to have a "budget cycle" — pick a plan, hand over a card, in you go.
Step 1 — Pick a plan
Go to opsmerge.cloud/pricing. There are two paid plans:
- Ease In — for MSPs starting out, smaller asset counts, lower monthly cost.
- Crack On — for established MSPs, higher included asset count, all features.
Both plans include the full RMM + PSA + integrations surface. The difference is the included asset count and the per-month price. See Plans for the current numbers — they update with the Stripe catalogue, so we don't bake specifics into this article.
Founder programme
The first ten MSPs onto OpsMerge get the Founder rate, locked for life. If you're reading this within the first 10 months of public launch, there's a good chance Founder slots are still available. See Founder programme.
Step 2 — Create the account
Click Sign up on opsmerge.cloud or go directly to app.opsmerge.cloud/signup. The signup form has six fields, all required:
- Email address — your work email. This becomes your login and where the verification mail is sent.
- Password — at least 12 characters. A strength meter sits under the field as you type.
- Company name — your MSP's name, 2 to 100 characters. Used for branding, and you can change it later.
- Subdomain — see below. This sets your tenant URL, so choose carefully.
- Phone number — a real phone number, with area or country code. Test ranges (for example
07700 900xxx) are rejected. - Country — pick from the list; start typing to filter it.
Your subdomain is load-bearing
The subdomain sets the URL you and your team will log in at — your-company.opsmerge.cloud. A live preview shows the full address under the field as you type, and a tick confirms it's available.
Rules:
- 3 to 40 characters.
- Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only.
- Must start and end with a letter or number (no leading or trailing hyphen).
It must be unique across OpsMerge, so the form checks availability as you type. Pick something short and recognisable.
On a paid plan, a Monthly / Annual toggle appears below the form — choose your billing cycle here. Annual billing gives you two months free. (The Free tier and beta invites are comped, so the toggle is hidden on those paths.)
Click Create My Account. You'll receive a verification email within a few seconds. Click the link inside.
Check your spam folder
The verification mail comes from [email protected] via our own Haraka MTA. If it doesn't arrive within a minute, check spam, then contact support.
Step 3 — Provisioning
After verification, OpsMerge spends about 15–30 seconds provisioning your tenant. You'll see a progress screen — there's nothing to do, sit tight. During this step the platform:
- Creates your tenant in the database.
- Issues your first admin user with the Owner role.
- Sets up default ticket priorities, statuses, SLAs, and notification templates so you have something sensible from the moment you log in.
- Provisions a Stripe subscription against the plan you chose.
When provisioning finishes you land on the OpsMerge dashboard.
Step 4 — First login checklist
Before you do anything else, do these four things in this order:
- Verify your billing details are correct. Settings → Billing. Make sure the company name, VAT number (if applicable), and address are right — these flow into your OpsMerge invoices.
- Set up branding. Settings → Branding. Upload your logo, set the support email, set the invoice header. See Brand & company setup for what every field does.
- Invite your team. Settings → Users. Use the Inviter to send them an email — they pick their own password.
- Add your first client. This is the big one. See Add your first client.
Don't install any agents yet — they need to belong to a client, so they come after step 4.
If something goes wrong
- Verification email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes. Check spam first. If it's not there, the email may have bounced because of a typo. Sign up again with the right address.
- Provisioning fails or times out. Refresh the page. If you still see a spinner, open a support ticket — we can finish provisioning manually.
- Stripe declines the card. Stripe's decline messages are usually meaningful (insufficient funds, AVS mismatch, 3DS required). If they're not, your bank will know more than we will. Try a different card; we don't process the payment ourselves so retrying is safe.
