Getting started
OpsMerge is a unified MSP platform — RMM, PSA, billing, and integrations in one product. This section walks you through the first hour: from signing up to having a real client with real endpoints reporting back.
If you're impatient, the short version is:
- Sign up & first login — five minutes.
- Brand & company setup — make OpsMerge look like your MSP, not ours. Logo, support email, invoice header.
- Add your first client — every endpoint belongs to a client, so this comes before installing any agents.
- Install an agent — drop the agent on a test box. The endpoint appears in OpsMerge in under a minute.
- Connect Microsoft 365 — link a client's M365 tenant via CIPP for identity, mailbox, and security data. Optional for the first day, essential within the first week.
First time on an MSP platform?
OpsMerge is opinionated about how to run an MSP — we built it because we ran one for seventeen years and lost too much money to spreadsheets, tab-soup, and stitch-together integrations. If something feels different to a tool you've used before, that's usually deliberate. If something feels worse, tell us — the Founder programme exists in part because we want that feedback loud and early.
What you'll need before you start
- An email address you actually read.
- A credit card or direct debit details (Stripe takes both).
- About 30 minutes for the first sit-down. You don't have to finish everything in one go — OpsMerge will be waiting for you tomorrow.
- A test endpoint you don't mind installing an agent on. Your own laptop is fine.

- Clients — the tenants you serve.
- PSA — tickets, contracts, billing, time tracking, email gateway.
